Q: Where are you located?+

My comfortable, cosy home studio is located in Heathmont, Victoria. My studio is an easy 20-minute drive from the city, via Eastlink, exiting at Canterbury Road, Ringwood.

I don’t travel to client homes.

Q: How long does the session last?+

Newborn sessions generally last around 3 hours, with time for feeds and settling etc. and the session is never rushed - it’s very easy-going and stress-free for all involved. Newborn sessions start at 10:30am so you can miss the awful peak hour rush!

Maternity and baby sessions usually last around 1-1.5 hours.

Q: Can my older child(ren) attend?+

Yes, absolutely! I encourage family members to attend and participate in the photography session and I do not charge extra for this, ever.

Q: Are you vaccinated?+

Yes, I am fully vaccinated against Covid-19, Whooping Cough and flu. My family are all vaccinated too.

My business is also registered and fully insured - so you can rest assured that your baby is in the safest of hands!

Q: What happens once I book a session?+

Once a date is selected I will forward you an invoice for the session fee to hold your spot. Payment is usually made on-line via bank transfer, easy peasy!

To make your experience even easier you’ll receive access to my ‘client lounge’ upon booking. Here you’ll find detailed information about your session, including what to wear, what to bring and what to expect so that you are fully prepared and confident.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?+

Yes, however gift vouchers are only available when partner/spouse involved has been consulted and is agreeable. Custom photography involves a level of commitment both personally and financially and this should be taken into account.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?+

Yes! Payment plans are available for all orders over $995. Please feel free to contact me for futher info.

Q: What if my baby won't settle?+

More often than not I am able to settle a baby after a good feed, and in the rare event that baby is having an off day and just won't settle I offer a re-shoot within the next few days of your session at absolutely NO cost to you.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?+

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you must change your session date please contact me at your earliest opportunity.

Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date.
